Good question. We would normally "meet" once a week for a 60 minute session. You will need to put some work in outside of this to get the most benefit from coaching. This can fit around your commitments and workload at the time. Some sessions may require very little additional work but out of most sessions there will be "homework". This could be an online questionnaire for you to complete or research to be undertaken. I'd say it would be realistic to allow 15 minutes - 1 hour across the week.
I'd recommend weekly sessions to start. This helps keep momentum and focus. We can drop to once a fortnight if you feel that suits your schedule better or would like more time between sessions to make progress on your goals. There is a lot of flexibility to ensure the process works for you and your lifestyle.
I will set up a Zoom video call appointment for us. This will come through to your email and you can click the link to join the call. I will email a summary from our call which is available in the toolbox for you to access along with any completed questionnaire/reports which you can then keep for your reference and reflection.
This depends on what you'd like to achieve. In our initial Chemistry Call we can talk more about where you're at and what you'd like to gain from the coaching experience and this will help determine how many sessions would be useful.

I work primarily with women going through transition periods. This could include career change, re-establishing themselves as their children get older, determining what they want their future to look like, identifying a direction to gain a new sense of purpose and most of all to bring excitement and enthusiasm back.
